We are proud to invite you to an unforgettable and historic evening where gastronomy and exceptional cognac come together. With Gastronomic Waves, we aim to seamlessly blend our passion for French distillates, gastronomy, and experience.
An exclusive collaboration
Malternative Belgium is honored to present its very first edition of Gastronomic Waves, in which we welcome the renowned cognac house Delamain for a special evening. Charles Braastad, Managing Director and Cellar Master of Delamain, will be present to personally take you through the story behind these exceptional cognacs. For the first time in their rich history, the prestigious cognac house Delamain, founded in 1824, is opening its doors to an independent bottler. This historic collaboration with Malternative Belgium marks a special moment in the cognac world! Our concept "Gastronomic Waves" thus kicks off with a major first.

Unique art element
In collaboration with Studio Pieter Stockmans, an exclusive porcelain "bottle-holder" has been created. This hand-crafted porcelain holder is limited to 42 pieces. This artwork forms the perfect frame for our event-exclusive bottling. We admire the work and Belgian craftsmanship that Studio Pieter Stockmans so beautifully represents around the world. Their iconic porcelain and focus on the sensory, sustainable, and timeless are truly inspiring. With each event-exclusive bottling, this unique handmade bottle holder is included.
